1. RETURN POLICY

OZ MOTO GEAR is committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. In the event that a product does not meet your expectations or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined below.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ozmotogear.com with the following information:

 Your Order ID

 Full name and contact number

 A brief description of the reason for the return

 Photographic evidence (required for damaged or defective items)

Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met at the time the item is received by our returns team:

 The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

 All original tags must be attached and intact

 The item must be returned in its original packaging

 A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are excluded from our return and exchange policy:

 Gift cards

 Complimentary gifts included with a purchase

 Final sale items

 Products manufactured under custom or special instructions

3. INSPECTION & APPROVAL PROCESS

Upon receipt of your returned item, our Shipments & Dispatch Team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the product meets the eligibility criteria stated above. This inspection process ensures a fair and consistent experience for all customers.

Following inspection, you will be notified via email regarding the outcome. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria upon inspection will not qualify for a refund or replacement, and will be communicated to the customer accordingly.

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of inspection approval for the refund to be initiated on our end.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the transaction. OZ MOTO GEAR is not responsible for any delays arising from your bank or credit card provider's internal processing timelines.

Refunds are applicable only to the purchase price of the product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. OZ MOTO GEAR does not provide prepaid return labels, and the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed as part of any refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return has been confirmed as received and processed. OZ MOTO GEAR cannot be held liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

6. EXCHANGES

OZ MOTO GEAR does not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item — whether a different size, color, or style — customers are required to follow the two-step process below:

 Step 1: Initiate a return for the original item following the return procedure outlined in Section 1.

 Step 2: Once the return has been received and approved, place a new order for the desired item through our website.

This process ensures that the correct inventory is reserved for you and minimizes delays. We recommend placing your new order promptly to avoid stock unavailability.

7. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS

We take product quality and order accuracy seriously. Upon receiving your order, we ask that you inspect the contents immediately. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@ozmotogear.com with:

 Your Order ID

 Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue

 A description of the defect or discrepancy

OZ MOTO GEAR reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Important: Damage resulting from customer negligence, improper use, natural events (including floods, storms, or other acts of nature), or extraordinary events (including acts of terrorism or nuclear incidents) does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this policy.

8. WARRANTY

OZ MOTO GEAR offers warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period applicable to each product. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or any external cause including but not limited to accidents, environmental exposure, or improper maintenance.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of placement. Given the efficiency of our fulfillment operations, orders enter processing shortly after being placed, and cancellation requests received beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

To request a cancellation within the eligible window, contact us immediately at info@ozmotogear.com with your Order ID. If your order has already entered fulfillment, you may still be eligible for a return upon delivery in accordance with Section 1 of this policy.

10. FRAUDULENT RETURN CLAIMS

OZ MOTO GEAR reserves the right to refuse any return request that is reasonably determined to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of this policy. Submission of a return does not guarantee approval. All claims are subject to verification.

Customers are required to retain their original proof of purchase for the duration of the return window. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase may be declined.
